Alexandre Saubot, COO, Haulotte Group 
Alexandre Saubot joined the general management of what had become the Haulotte Group in 2000 and was assigned to finance. In 2004, he became the Chief Operating Officer in charge of company operations. He worked for the French Government from 1989 to 1998 (French Council of State, Ministry of Defence, Treasury, then Culture) and for the French corporate and investment bank Natixis from 1998 and 2000. He graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique, specialising in technology.
Bruce Williams, Managing Director EAME, JLG Financial Services
Bruce Williams is an experienced finance professional with particular expertise in the access equipment sector. He joined JLG Industries in October 2001 and is now managing director of the company's Financial Solutions division in the Europe, Africa and Middle East (EAME) territory. Since June this year, he is also managing director of Oshkosh Capital International.
Peter Davis, E2E (End to End Servicing) Technical Manager, Coates Hire 
Peter Davis started at Coates Hire in 1983 as an apprentice plant mechanic at the main workshop in New South Wales, Australia and has worked with Coates ever since, taking on different management roles in his career. In his current role, he develops new electronic systems such as e-forms for servicing, fleet tracking and workshop and parts supply optimisation, as well as provides technical and compliance support. He is a member of various Australian standards committees, including MEWPs and telehandlers.
Kevin Appleton, former CEO of the Lavendon Group
Kevin Appleton brings a wealth of business and rental experience. He was, until recently, the long-standing CEO of the Lavendon Group. He has spent most of his senior management career within the international logistics industry. He is an accomplished speaker who is not afraid to court controversy.
Maëg Videau, Director Financing and M&A, Loxam 
Maëg Videau is director of mergers and acquisitions at Loxam, Europe's largest equipment rental company. He joined Loxam in March 2006 after a 10-year career in mergers and acquisitions with Deutsche Bank. Loxam has been one of Europe's most acquisitive companies in the last 12 months, most recently acquiring French regional rental company Locarest.
Chris Wraith, IPAF Technical Officer 
IPAF Technical Officer Chris Wraith brings more than 20 years of operational and managerial experience to the access industry. He was formerly with the Lavendon Group, most recently as UK Quality, Health, Safety and Environment manager. He has worked as an IPAF instructor, is a chartered member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, and holds a degree in safety and environmental management.
Charles Miller, CL Miller Consulting
Charles Miller is the founder of rental and business consultancy CL Miller Consulting. A 21-year veteran of Sunbelt Rentals in the US – where he was executive vice president before leaving in 2008 to establish his consulting firm – Mr Miller is currently providing expert advice to major rental companies in North America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He is also acting as start-up chief executive of a major new rental company being established in Iraq.
Wayne Lawson, IPAF President and JLG Vice-President and Managing Director EAME
Wayne Lawson has more than 25 years of experience in the powered access industry. Since joining JLG in 2001, he was instrumental in the development of JLG’s business in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. In this role, he has led the cross-functional leadership team, in addition to his responsibility in the areas of market development, sales and product support. He also has worked collaboratively with the leaders of the other functional areas in developing and strengthening the JLG brand while also positioning the organisation in the region.
Pierre Boels, CEO, Boels Group
Pierre Boels is chief executive of the Boels Group, one of the largest and fastest growing rental companies in Europe. Since joining the company in 1980, Mr Boels has grown it from a 20-branch operation to a business with 245 branches in 7 European countries. At this year's IRN/ERA European Rental Awards, he was named Rental Person of the Year. Boels Group is based in Sittard, close to Maastricht.
